More bloggers - Part 2

Okay...aku sambung semula project untuk promote other bloggers kat blog aku ni.

Keep up the good work, dear...blogging it's just an expression and info that you want to share with zillions of people....chop...chop...chop...aku nak bahasakan diri aku ni apa, ek?

Malangnya, tak bole promote kat sini.. sebab tuan punya blog tak mahu. I have to respect her decision...

Yang ni AwanDanya, blogger yang selamba berkongsi kisah hariannya. Best juga baca semua posting dia ni. Menghiburkan dan kalau klik kat blog link yang ada kat blog Danya ni, bole kata semua kengkawan dia as jovial like her...

Buat yang dah di promote ni, I would be delighted if you could leave some comments pada ulasan-ulasan aku buat about you all punya blog. Thanks... :-)

Promoting other bloggers

Hmmm..posting kali ni aku nak guna bahasa malaysia pulak la..cam poyo je berbahasa inggeris, padahal berderai grammar aku...kes...kes..kes.. :-P

Well, dare to make mistake...it's a lesson you'll never gain elsewhere...

Gambar mamat berlumur tepung ni aku "salin" dari blog dia. Aku budak TaWoW lebih dikenali sebagai NissC20...eheh..nama samaran je tu...nama sebenar, hanya kawan-kawan rapat je tahu.. kenapa dalam gambar ni dia berlumuran tepung? Hanya yang hadir sewaktu sesi makan mee perahu kat rumah aku baru-baru ni sahaja yang tahu..It was a sweet memoirs to remember among Ehozarian.

From virtual to reality, friends connected and friendship tied. Apahal aku ni? tadi kata nak guna bahasa malaysia? It's just an expression...bukan pe.

"You don't make me angry...You don't like when I am angry....ggrrrrrr..." hahaha....tu script dari filem Hulk...not me... :-) I won't turn green...just RED...:-P Well, orang kata zetamier ni garang...ye ke? Sila tampil komen sket kalau betul aku ni garang. Ada berani ka? Hahaha....iyo la tu.. :-P

Okay, awek manis ni aku "kenal" kat Youth Media. She's sweet and bubbly. Aku suka blog dia. Hype and shows her personality yang full with colours and love..

Next, is a new follower yang juga "kenal" kat Youth Media. Blogger yang bangga menjadi anak Malaysia. Wanna get latest updates on what's happening and who's who? Visit My Adha

And this blogger, shared the same interest as mine...HANDBAGS!!! Thank you for adding yourself. Happy Mother's Day to you, Sis Dee. Banyak tak collection handbag you? Ada gambar? Kita tempek kat blog kita, nak? :-P

Well, that's all for now. Nanti aku update lagi. Siapa yang nak promote blog tu, pandai2 la sign in as follower. Yang dah sign in & aku memang dah kenal, I will promote your blog. No worries. Rajin-rajin la jenguk It's All About Love....

Just a casual update

I am writing not to grieve over my mom's illness, but to share some medical info and to update all my friends who concern about my mom's condition. Thank you all, for your concern.

Recently, my mom was diagnosed Lymphoma. A type of cancer that originates in lymphocytes of the immune system. They often originate in lymph nodes, presenting as an enlargement of the node (a tumour).

Lymphomas are closely related to lymphoid leukemias, which also originate in lymphocytes but typically involve only circulating blood and the bone marrow (where blood cells are generated) and do not usually form tumours. There are many types of lymphomas, and in turn, lymphomas are a part of the broad group of diseases called hematological neoplasms.

Symptoms

In most cases, patients consult their doctors if they have painless swelling in the neck, armpits, groin or abdomen. Sometimes the swelling or the tumor occur in other organs, such as the skin or stomach. Symptoms are:

  • Loss of appetite
  • Loss of weight, nausea, vomiting, indigestion or pain in the abdomen
  • A feeling of bloating
  • Itching, bone pain, headaches, constant coughing and abnormal pressure and congestion in the face, neck and upper chest
  • Fatigue and flu-like body aches
  • Fatigue resulting from anemia
  • Night sweats, recurring high-grade fever or constant low-grade fever
Causes and Risk Factors

The cause of lymphoma is still not known, but it is not considered hereditary. Most lymphomas occur between the ages of 40 and 70 years. Possible triggers for lymphoma include:

  • Genetic factors
  • Certain infections or environmental factors
  • Exposure to herbicides and high doses of radiation (including aggressive radiation therapy)
  • Certain viruses
  • AIDS. These patients require specialized treatment.
  • Abnormalities chromosomes and the body's immune response
Treatment
  • Intensive therapy right after diagnosis - whether a patient has symptoms or not - to achieve and maintain complete remission. Treatment usually consists of high-dose radiotherapy, chemotherapy or a combination of both. Intensive treatment involves risk, but recent studies suggest that such treatment may induce high rates of remission.
  • Bone marrow transplant is currently being studied as a treatment option for low-grade lymphoma.

The benefit of Asparagus

Asparagus has some dietary fiber, vitamin A, and vitamin C. It is an excellent source of the B vitamin folate. It is low in fat, sodium and practically no cholesterol.

The most nutritious way to serve asparagus is by serving it fresh, boiled and drained. Canned asparagus may have less than half the nutrients found in freshly cooked spears. As such it is encouraged to take asparagus when it is fresh.

Look for bright green stalks when buying asparagus. The tips should be purplish and tightly closed and the stalks should be firm. Asparagus is in season from March through August. Always avoid wilted stalks and asparagus whose buds have opened. When storing, keep it fresh in the refrigerator.

To keep it as crisp as possible, wrap it in a damp paper towel and then put the whole package into a plastic bag. Keeping asparagus cool helps it to hold onto its vitamins. At 32 degrees F, asparagus will retain all its folic acid for at least two weeks and nearly 90 percent of its vitamin C for up to five days. At room temperature, it would lose up to 75 percent of its folic acid in three days and 50 percent of the vitamin C in 24 hours.

Eating asparagus may also interfere with the effectiveness of anticoagulants whose job is to thin blood and dissolve clots because asparagus is high in vitamin K, a vitamin produced naturally by bacteria in our intestines, an adequate supply of which enables blood to clot normally.

The white part of the fresh green asparagus stalk is woody and tasteless, so you can bend the stalk and snap it right at the line where the green begins to turn white. If the skin is very thick, peel it, but save the parings for soup stock.

So here are the great health benefits I have compiled for the wonderful food of Asparagus…

* It is high in vitamin K and Folate
* Eat asparagus when you are pregnant or conceiving - it is high in folic acid
* Great for your heart
* Helps menstrual cramps with fertility problems
* Great for your gastrointestinal tract and your colon
* Great food to help treat depression
* Has been known to increase the success rate of chemo therapy
* Is considered a diuretic which means it is a good anti-inflammatory - best for arthritis, asthma rheumatism, and even water retention…PMS
* Help get rid of warts
* Helps detoxify your body
* Add more asparagus to your diet to lower cholesterol
* Great for nursing mothers stimulating milk production
* Has antioxidant agents - prevents the effects of aging
* Has antifungal and antiviral qualities
* Great for your kidneys - cleansing your body by stimulating urination
* Helps prevent bladder and urinary tract infections
* Asparagus has anti-cancer agents - especially lung cancer
* Helps fight chronic fatigue syndrome
* Helps fight off high blood pressure
* If you bruise easily - eat more asparagus
* Considered as a laxative - eat an asparagus if you have diarrhea and constipation
* Great for your capillaries - eat more asparagus to avoid varicose veins
* Great for your eyes preventing cataracts
* Helps treat toothaches

Toy Soldiers

I was a big fan of Martika. A big one? I even cut my hair like hers! LOL!!..
Check out this picture, when I was in form 5. :-P

It wasn't my intention to mislead you
It never should have been this way
What can I say
It's true, I did extend the invitation
I never knew how long you'd stay

When you hear temptation call
It's your heart that takes, takes the fall
(Won't you come out and play with me)

Step by step
Heart to heart
Left, right, left
We all fall down
Like toy soldiers
Bit by bit
Torn apart
We never win
But the battle wages on
For toy soldiers

It's getting hard to wake up in the morning
My head is spinning constantly
How can it be?
How could I be so blind to this addiction?
If I don't stop, the next one's gonna be me

Only emptiness remains
It replaces all, all the pain
(Won't you come out and play with me)
